OWEVIA helps users identify potential money-recovery opportunities based on information they authorize OWEVIA to access.

Depending on your plan and connected accounts, OWEVIA may analyze authorized information to surface potential opportunities such as refunds, price drops, duplicate charges, billing discrepancies, unexpected fees, recurring charges, subscription price increases, unused subscriptions, unused credits, warranty opportunities, eligible returns, and purchase-related credits.

OWEVIA provides alerts, analysis, organizational tools, and guidance. Features may vary by device, location, merchant, and subscription level.

OWEVIA does NOT guarantee that any money will be recovered.

Potential opportunities, estimated amounts, and labels such as "Money Found" or "Potential Savings" are estimates or possibilities — not confirmed refunds or payments to you.

Recovery outcomes depend on merchants, banks, card issuers, service providers, manufacturers, insurers, and other third parties. OWEVIA does not control their decisions.

OWEVIA may allow you to connect Gmail through Google OAuth with read-only access (gmail.readonly).

OWEVIA does not ask for your Gmail password. Connecting Gmail authorizes OWEVIA to access and process mail information needed to provide scanning and recovery features, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect Gmail at any time through account settings. Disconnecting stops future mailbox access but does not automatically delete previously imported data unless you choose to delete that data separately.

OWEVIA does not automatically submit recovery requests, disputes, cancellations, or similar actions on your behalf unless a future feature explicitly supports that action and you provide appropriate authorization.

Where available, OWEVIA may help you understand an opportunity, organize documentation, generate suggested communications, and track progress. You remain responsible for reviewing information before taking action with a merchant or provider.

Ask OWEVIA is an AI assistant that answers questions using your stored OWEVIA records and, when enabled, OpenAI processing.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Ask OWEVIA does not see your entire mailbox — it uses stored recovery records and limited account context. Users should verify important information with the relevant merchant or provider before taking financial or legal action.

OWEVIA does not guarantee that AI-generated information will always be complete, accurate, current, or applicable to your circumstances.

OWEVIA is a technology platform. OWEVIA is not a financial institution, bank, lawyer, financial adviser, investment adviser, accountant, tax adviser, credit-repair organization, insurance company, or merchant.

Information provided through OWEVIA is for informational and technology-assistance purposes only. Consult a qualified professional when professional advice is required.

You agree to use OWEVIA lawfully and responsibly. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for reviewing information before submitting material requests or taking material financial actions. You agree not to intentionally provide false information to obtain money, credits, refunds, or benefits you are not entitled to receive.

You may not use OWEVIA to commit fraud, submit knowingly false claims, seek duplicate refunds, falsify receipts, impersonate another person, access another person's account without authorization, circumvent security controls, interfere with OWEVIA's systems, or violate applicable law.

OWEVIA may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or terminate accounts where appropriate.

OWEVIA integrates with third-party providers such as Google (Gmail OAuth and sign-in), Apple and Google (app distribution and subscriptions), Supabase (hosting and authentication), OpenAI (optional AI processing), and Expo (push notifications).

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OWEVIA does not control independent third-party decisions or availability.

OWEVIA may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan features, pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed through the applicable store's subscription settings. Deleting the OWEVIA app does not cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility for OWEVIA subscriptions depends on where the purchase was made, applicable store policies, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

OWEVIA strives to keep the Services available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security issues, third-party outages, or events outside OWEVIA's reasonable control.

Features may be added, changed, or discontinued over time, subject to applicable law and commitments to paying subscribers.

You may stop using OWEVIA at any time. You may delete your account through the deletion functionality in Legal & Support settings.

OWEVIA may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.

Account deletion permanently removes your OWEVIA account and associated server-side data described in the Privacy Policy, including connected Gmail tokens, imported messages, recovery opportunities, activity, and Ask OWEVIA chat history.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OWEVIA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

OWEVIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT EVERY RECOVERY OPPORTUNITY WILL BE FOUND, EVERY ALERT WILL BE ACCURATE, EVERY REFUND WILL BE APPROVED, EVERY AI RESULT WILL BE CORRECT, OR THAT USE OF OWEVIA WILL RESULT IN A PARTICULAR AMOUNT OF SAVINGS OR RECOVERED MONEY.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OWEVIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM MISSED RECOVERY OPPORTUNITIES, MERCHANT OR FINANCIAL-INSTITUTION DECISIONS, INCORRECT AI RECOMMENDATIONS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

OWEVIA may update these Terms as the Services, business model, technology, or legal requirements change. The current Terms display a "Last updated" date.

Where required, OWEVIA will provide reasonable notice of material changes and obtain consent when legally necessary. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you download OWEVIA through Apple's App Store or Google Play, purchases and subscriptions made through those stores are also subject to the applicable store terms and policies.

These Terms are between you and OWEVIA, not Apple or Google, except to the extent a store's terms provide otherwise.
